Thank you for visiting Safe Haven Therapy. We seek to provide a variety of therapeutic and supportive services for adolescents and adults who have difficulties managing emotions, experience anxiety or depression, struggle in relationships, or need support around unhealthy behaviors. Often clients at Safe Haven have experienced painful things in the past. This might include single incident traumas, multiple traumatic events, or painful relationship histories. Often times relationships feeling challenging as a result of these painful past experiences. Clients at Safe Haven are seen as curious, resourceful, and creative individuals, who have survived difficult life experiences. Rather than ask, "What's wrong with you?," we want to create a safe space for you to share your story. At Safe Haven, we strive to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. When individuals feel safe, seen, and heard, they then feel able to move forward to process more difficult emotions and experiences. Because many of our clients have been deeply wounded in the past, our focus includes building healing and connection through authentic relationships. Enjoy our site and please contact us with any questions you may have.

Courage doesn’t mean we’re not afraid anymore, it just means our actions aren’t controlled by our doubts.
