I provide individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children.  I work from an attachment and systems lens.  Much of the way I work is informed by psychodynamic theory, meaning I believe that many of our present issues stem from things that happened in the past. I also believe in the importance of mind, body, and spirit, and will often incorporate body-based interventions as part of treatment.  Essentially, I work from an integrative framework where I pull from a variety of theories and modalities.  It is my goal to meet my clients where they are and tailor treatment to each individual’s needs.
