Natalie LeQuang, LPC-MHSP, NCC (in the process of changing last name to Bowler)
Natalie is a psychotherapist who works primarily with adults and teens who have experienced unhealthy relationships or survived difficult life experiences. Often her clients are successful and motivated, but feel lacking in some way. They often express self-doubt and beliefs such as, “I’ll never be good enough,” “There’s something wrong with me,” or “I’m unlovable," among others. Her clients often struggle with chronic shame and feelings of inferiority, despite looking like they have it all together on the outside. They may cope through perfectionism, alcoholism or addiction, self-harm, relationships, or work, among other things. These things hold them back from moving forward in life. Her goal is to help her clients find self-compassion, heal wounds that haunt them, and help them find freedom from the past to pursue their dreams. She often works with…
