Trauma therapy is challenging and exhausting. It can feel like a daunting process to face your most difficult experiences. It may even feel impossible when you have the responsibilities of working or raising children. I understand that many people have extremely busy lives, therefore I offer trauma intensives where individuals have the opportunity to schedule 3-5 hour sessions. Prior to these intensives, we will co-create a plan to structure your time in a way that makes sense for you individually, incorporating mindfulness, elements of dialectical behavior therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and/or Trauma Stage Processing. If needed or requested, I may bring in trusted therapists who have other skill sets to complement your trauma work.
