The transition to motherhood can awaken both profound joy and unexpected challenges. Alongside caring for a new baby, many women find themselves confronting anxiety, unresolved wounds, relationship struggles, and questions about how their own childhood experiences shape the way they parent. You do not have to navigate these experiences alone.
I specialize in supporting women throughout the perinatal journey, with particular expertise in postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, reproductive trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, Mother Hunger®, and breaking intergenerational cycles. My work helps mothers better understand the ways their own attachment experiences influence their emotional well-being, relationships, and parenting, creating opportunities for healing and lasting change.
My approach is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and grounded in both neuroscience and the wisdom of the body. As a Nurture Neuroscience Professional, I understand the powerful role that relationships and the nervous system play in healing. I integrate body-oriented therapies, hypnosis, and parts work to help clients process difficult experiences, build self-compassion, and develop a deeper sense of safety and connection within themselves.
Whether you are navigating postpartum anxiety, recovering from a traumatic birth experience, grieving a loss, struggling with the emotional demands of motherhood, or seeking to break patterns that no longer serve you or your family, I provide a compassionate space where healing can unfold. My goal is to help you feel more regulated, connected, and empowered as you move through motherhood and beyond.

My Approach
My work is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and grounded in neuroscience and nervous system healing. I specialize in supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years while helping clients heal attachment wounds, process trauma, and break intergenerational cycles.
Drawing from advanced training in perinatal mental health, complex trauma, dissociation, hypnosis, somatic therapies, and parts work, I help clients move beyond symptom management toward deeper healing. Together, we work to understand the roots of anxiety, overwhelm, relational challenges, and emotional distress while creating greater safety, regulation, and connection in the mind, body, and nervous system.
In-Home Visits
I provide a limited number of in-home intensive visits for newly postpartum mothers. This is a private pay service only, as insurance does not cover intensives. Session length can vary from 90 minutes - 3 hour session. This is an especially helpful service to process your birth experience.
